Added Classic Netherlands and Classic Indonesia
- Add 3 Indonesian national teams from U-19, U-23 and Senior
- Classic national team players have been fixed (only 23 players for each national team are allowed as the database, but do not worry, for future updates the club team will have a maximum of 32 players)
- Fixed skins for classic players
- Added classic boots from Adidas Copa Mundial , Puma King in Adidas Predator and Nike Mercurial
